SQHG series, also known as RX27‑4, are rectangular cement encapsulated wire‑wound power resistors produced by Guangdong Qingda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The resistive alloy wire is wound on a high-temperature ceramic core, housed inside a flame-retardant rectangular ceramic shell and sealed with high-performance inorganic cement filler.
The RX27‑4 SQHG cement resistor adopts a large rectangular body design for superior heat dissipation, capable of handling higher power ratings compared to standard cement resistors. It features high dielectric strength, strong vibration resistance and excellent moisture resistance. Widely applied as dummy load, discharge resistor, current limiting and shunt resistor in power supplies, inverters, motor control systems, audio equipment and industrial automation devices. All products comply with RoHS lead-free requirements. OEM & ODM custom resistance values, laser marking and special dimensions are supported.

Construction
Alloy resistance wire is wound onto a high heat resistant ceramic core. The winding assembly is placed into a rigid rectangular ceramic case, then fully filled and sealed with thermostable inorganic cement compound. Tinned copper leads provide stable solderability for through-hole PCB assembly. Metal oxide film elements can replace wire winding for high resistance versions.
